Complaint To United Nations re Alleged EIIR Canada Continued Breach By Genocide Of Charter, Chapter VII

Thank you for receiving, considering; and, acknowledging this preliminary disclosure of a (A) our continued credentials challenge to the UN recognition and permitted registration of the constitutional monarchy of Canada (EIIR Canada) as a nation state in absence of legitimate nation-to-nation Treaties with the paramount governing original indigenous peoples of the territories of North America north of the 49th parallel; and, (B) therein, our complaint of this said EIIR Canada having established a continued history of genocide against the consecutively settled sovereign peoples (CSSP) of the territories customarily known as Turtle Island North of the 49th parallel (TIN49); and, that these grievous acts upon these said CSSP further constitutes a violation of fundamental human rights under international and customary laws; and, that these breaches of law also constitute substantive contraventions of the UN Charter; including, but, not limited to provisions of Chapter VII; wherein, hostile EIIR Canadian military occupancy forces diminish the historical rightful CSSP governance; as published within the public records of the 1996 Canada Royal Commission on Aboriginal Peoples; and, the December 2015 Canada Truth and Reconciliation Final Report regarding the bloodied, broken and buried bodies of CSSP children having been incarcerated and victimized into the Indian Residential and Day Schools - and, who, now as surviving adults, suffer exceptionally high levels of penal incarcerations through absence of competent legal counsel of choice; continued state seizures of CSSP children into EIIR Canada governance care; loss of land title rights; and, the continued third world standards of squalled living on the refugee territories known as the federally managed "First Nations" reserves; where education, housing, fresh water access are minimal;and, early death syndromes through heart disease, diabetes, cancer, substance abuse, and, suicide are rampant as the continued EIIR Canada genocide campaign against CSSP unfolds within public purview.

These statements, complaints and accusations are preliminary in nature; and, are submitted to the United Nations for purposes of continuing the record of complaints as originally submitted in 2013. The chosen legal counsel for the CSSP complainants shall now proceed through instructions to complete the prerequisite formal submissions on these matters, supra.
