declaration. The vetted qualified Complaint will be forwarded to your
office through my selected competent legal counsel of choice to be
funded via Elizabeth II (EIIR) through Canada Parliament per
international law provisions re in forma pauperis and UN Chart, Chapter
VII breaches. This submission is coordinated through Kwa'mutsun nation
