Fundamental Land Title Dispute Leads To LSBC Contempt Of Court Complaint
SQYX versus EIIR

Shqwi'qwal Yuxwuletun (SQYX) is a secured member of the binary absolute monarchy Kwa'mutsun nation state; and, has been apprehended by the EIIR military court in an administrative law dispute with consecutively settled sovereign Peoples (CSSP) Quw'utsun Kwa'mutsun nation state citizen SQYX. The Law Society of British Columbia (LSBC, the hostile incursor) claims jurisdiction (voir dire) to contend that SQYX is in contempt of the EIIR court regarding the preceding EIIR Supreme Court of British Columbia Judge Greyell decision per the 2013 LSBC contention of alleged right of jurisdiction (in the absence of a diminishing treaty with the CSSP nation state) to charge that SQYX is providing legal advice contrary the alleged jurisdiction BC Legal Profession Act; requiring that only members of the LSBC bar shall provide legal counsel.

JURISDICTION OF LAW

SQYX claims the fundamental right to EIIR state funded competent legal counsel of choice in this matter of paramountcy land title. This claim was established in the 2005 direct letter petition to Elizabeth II (EIIR) - to whom LSBC and BCSC Greyell hold oath of allegiance (the hostile foreign party). EIIR has communicated her pleasure to Canada in 2005 (see 1979 Airey vs Ireland). The Legal Aid Society of BC has provided a letter response that it does not have sufficient funds to provide legal counsel in this land title dispute matter. SQYX is in forma pauperis. EIIR holds all CSSP assets in her name only. LSBC is seeking SQYX incarceration per criminal contempt : CANLII : CCC section & CJC.

This is NOT A Freeman-of-the-Land Initiative (per Rooke, J.); rather, it is a simple matter of international and custom law application against a hostile invader (EIIR); who has continued to abuse, imprison, and, cause death to the Consecutively Settled Sovereign Peoples of the lands since before time began - such is the exposed polluted roots of economic, social, political, governance and spiritual cultural genocide; and, of which CSSP aggressively now seek redemption and reparations.
